The dish is famous in Tortula of the British Virgin Islands.
- 8 bananas
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Crush bananas smooth with a fork; add butter and sugar. Sift in flour and add milk. Bake at 300 degrees fahrenheit in a greased cake pan for 30-45 minutes. Garnish with banana slices and a dash of cinnamon. Serves 6.
